With guiding values of courage, curiosity and compassion, I'm keen to challenge the status quo when it comes to how our world currently views children, especially around the meaning of 'behaviour'. Building capacity in the adults around children - to understand what's being expressed in behaviour - feels like a significant paradigm shift that can actually create change!
